Terms
The terms for using our websites and booking with us. Last updated 22 October 2026.
About us
These terms are between you and Structure Wellness Limited, a community benefit society registered with the Financial Conduct Authority (number 9648), at 8 Stevenson Square, Manchester M1 1FB. Contact us at sean@structure.org.uk.
Using our websites
You're welcome to use our websites and free tools for your own personal use. The content, design and our logos belong to us, so please don't copy or reuse them commercially without asking. We try to keep everything accurate and available, but we can't promise the websites will always be error-free or online.
Our websites and free tools give general information about sleep, movement, food and mindset. They are not medical, dietary or psychological advice. If you have a health condition, an injury or are pregnant, please speak to your GP before starting exercise, and tell your coach.
Your account
You need an account on book.structure.org.uk to book. Keep access to your email account secure, since we send sign-in codes there. Please give us accurate details.
Memberships
- Memberships are monthly and renew automatically on the same date each month until you cancel. We take payment by card through Stripe.
- You can cancel from your account at any time. Your membership stays active until the end of the month you've paid for, and you won't be charged again.
- You can pause your membership from your account. You won't be charged while it's paused.
- We'll give you at least 30 days' notice of any price change, and you can cancel before it takes effect.
- If a payment fails, we'll ask you to update your card. We may pause booking until it's sorted.
Bookings, passes and drop-ins
- Please book before you come so we can keep classes safe and not overcrowded. Classes have a set number of places.
- You can cancel a booking from your account any time before the class starts, and the place goes to someone else.
- Free trial classes are for new customers and are limited to one per person.
- If we cancel a class, we'll let you know as soon as we can. Paid drop-ins will be refunded and pass credits returned.
Your statutory rights
If you buy online, you normally have 14 days to cancel and get a refund. If you book a class or start using your membership within those 14 days, you ask us to start the service straight away, and we may deduct the value of what you've already used. Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights as a consumer.
At the studio
- Listen to your coach, work at your own level, and step out if something hurts.
- Tell us about any injury, health condition or pregnancy before you train.
- Treat other members and our team with respect. We may refuse entry or end a membership for unsafe or abusive behaviour.
- Look after your belongings. We can't accept responsibility for items left in the studio, except where we've been negligent.
Sleep pods, workshops, coaching and The Reset
Bookings for sleep pods, workshops, one-to-one coaching and The Reset may have their own terms, which we'll give you before you book. Where they differ from these terms, those terms apply.
Our responsibility to you
We're responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We don't exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
Complaints and law
If something isn't right, please tell us at sean@structure.org.uk and we'll try to put it right. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
